Shipping & Returns
All packages to the United States will be shipped USPS Priority mail or First Class mail unless an alternative shipping method has been selected. Delivery Confirmation will be included on all USPS shipments and is already included on the listed shipping rate. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. Custom orders may require more processing time. We will notify you with a delivery estimate. Expedited processing and shipping is available where available. Please contact us in advance for rates if not directly listed with the desired item(s).
Insurance may be added if desired. Insurance fees vary according to package contents, so please contact us for the rate to add before payment transaction is completed.
International shipments are accepted on an order by order basis. Please use our Contact Form in advance of placing an international order for shipping quotes and availability.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Due to the one-time eventful nature of bridal accessories, a no refund policy is in effect. This is wedding industry standard. Bridal accessories soil easily and some may be considered fragile, thus the standard we have opted to incorporate. We do not return any stock to open sales as brides may be fulfilling their "something new."
Exchanges are available on a case by case basis (colour change, different length, different style), for unopened merchandise only. Should a package be opened, all refund and exchange options become null and void. An external (loose) sample will be provided with most shipments of crystals and pearl merchandise to prevent necessity of package opening. Please note that specialty beads such as hearts, stars, and other pendant type or larger specialty crystals will not include a sample.
No refunds or exchanges on sample items.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges in either event of refund or exchange. While unlikely, should an order with incorrect or defective merchandise occur, we will gladly replace the item(s) for you at no additional cost upon receipt of the defective product and reimburse you for return shipping in the same manner in which it arrived.
Due to the hygienic and individual nature of hair accessories, bridal and other hair accessories are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Hair accessories may be exchanged only upon receipt of unopened merchandise and only in the event of an erroneous or defective item.
JEWELRY WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Please note that all jewelry in the Vervesque line and at ACB is handcrafted. Thus, slight variations may be present in the item you receive from the product photograph. These slight variations are insufficient and do not warrant a new photograph for each individual piece that is created. If you reorder at a later date, you may get a slightly varied piece. If ordering multiples, all pieces will be identical at time of order. Contact us with any questions. Returns will not be accepted for these slight variations that come of handcrafting the jewelry piece by piece.
Warranty - All jewelry maintains our guarantee to be free from manufacturer's defects. Unworn jewelry items may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange. Please contact us for a return authorization (RMA) and your shipping will be promptly refunded upon receipt of the defective item. ACB will pay for return postage of the replacement item to you if the item is found to be defective.
Repairs - ACB will gladly try and repair your broken or damaged jewelry where possible at any point in its lifetime. Client is responsible for shipping both directions.
All candle orders are custom prepared for each client and are not eligible for refund or return unless found to be defective (wax unnaturally cracks) or client is sent the wrong colour (i.e.: receives blue when orange was ordered). While we work closely with you to match your colour as precisely as possible, natural fluctuations in dyes do occur and ACB will not accept returns for variations in a given colour.
All soap orders are custom prepared for each client and are not eligible for refund or return unless found to be defective (soaps unnaturally crack) or client is sent the wrong colour (i.e.: receives blue when orange was ordered). While we work closely with you to match your colour as precisely as possible, natural fluctuations in dyes do occur and ACB will not accept returns for variations in a given colour.
